I talk a lot to my clients and my IG family about inflammation BUT that word is thrown around A LOT.

When we think about inflammation, we may think about a time we had an injury that caused the area to get red, swollen, painful, maybe hot.
But over time, with the proper care, the swelling reduced, the redness went away, and it wasn’t painful anymore.
The same thing can happen internally, but with chronic inflammation, the body keeps mounting a response that is trying to put these flames out.
We may not even realize it’s happening, until over a period of time, when the body’s response has a harder and harder time taming the flames.
This can result in things like skin flares, digestive issues, joint pain, fatigue, and more!
