Adrenals are little glands that sit on top of your kidneys.
They may be tiny but friends they are CRITICAL for healthy hormone function and overall vitality!
They’re mostly known for producing your stress hormone, cortisol.
BUT adrenals are incredible and have many jobs in your body such as producing big hormones like:
- Testosterone
- DHEA & DHEA-S
- Aldosterones
- Cortisol
- Epinephrine & norepinephrine (adrenaline)
